After Baby Vegeta is frieza'd by SSJ4 Goku, our heroes thought peace was finally restored (silly people). Little did they know that Dr. Gero (creator of the androids and first victim?) and Dr. Myuu (created baby and was gero'd by baby) were cookin in hell. They form an alliance to create Cell 2.0 er i mean the ulimate android killing machine!! (because their such sore losers). They merge the normal 17 on earth with another 17 they somehow created in hell??? (i forgot) they then proceed to brainwash normal 17 to help them open a gateway to hell allowing all the villians (including ones capable of destroying the planet) escape. 17 tries to get his
hot twin sister to join but when refuses he just kills her husband (krillin count:1).
At this point, 17 and HF17 have fused to Super 17
